Excellent build and series. I have several RS buckets for a Biker Scout and Partisan Scout. Personally I don’t like the hard hat liner in my buckets. Yes, I know they are accurate but I get the worst tension headaches trooping and have since swapped out my hard hat liners with motorcycle padding on the inside. I could wear those helmets all day with no issues now.
Excellent in depth series guys. The community certainly benefits from these video tutorials. Much easier and less intimidating to newcomers to see how it's done in real time instead of reading a "how to" on a forum. Looking forward to tackling my scout kit in when it arrives in the next week👍 PS: nice to see Simon again🙂
Love these videos, especially the weathering techniques. & it's always good to see Simon 👍
Greats vids fellas. Self adhesive felt works wonders for the liner and dirt cheap
Great stuff. The weathering part was very good. More painting and weathering tutorials please.

How deep in is the black on the edge of the snout, and do you spray or hand paint it?
Cheers! 😁😁
I have a weathered version, any way to de-weather it some without ruining the helmet?
