Did the best I could do to replicate your build. I think I'm missing some DLC you might have. So I had to work with what I had.
Gotta say, I like this area. Really has a "Grandma and Grandpa's Farmhouse, Out in the Country" feel to it.

I've only been playing for a month, and my only complaint is trying to level ground etc.... Such a poor design. I usually end up making it worse and more uneven.

Landscape tool hover over the building you want to delete and it’s gone

Most buildings can be deleted on the map, however there are some that you would have to go into a map editor to remove them. As for the one spot on this map I like, that's what I had to do.
