This was so scripted, but then again, most shows are (in korea and everywhere in the world). Having an idol in the finals was the best option for mnet so that the audience would watch it even more. Also, these shows always have scripts and all the contestants have a little "role" they need to play, and Jimin's role was to play all cute and sweet and to have a flirting kinda relationship with San E, while his role was to "fall for her charm". Other contestants also had roles: cheeta was the sassy one, Jessi was in everyone's face, Jidam was the innocent high schooler... Having that in mind, please, know that all of them were playing a role. However, i never liked Jimin and her actions are disgusting: she is a terrible person who should pay for what she has done to Mina and other AOA members. San E always had a creepy vibe and don't like him very much ether.

Reality tv shows' scripts usually are meant to set roles among the people competing and the hosts: the beefs they need to have, what they should be made about in this or that episode, who needs to feel very hurt about this or that... These rappers were real, yes, but they needed to play a part for the reality show because the prduction company and mnet, needed a STORY. And that's how It works. If you need more prove, you just need to look Yuk Ji Dam's case. She was playing the inocent high schooler role here, but she came back for another season and she was super different: mature and bitchy-like. The needed this from her, this was her story for the show. But don't be fooled, these roles don't mean anything about the worth of these people, or if they are good if has people... And that's pretty much it for reality shows.

This was so scripted, but then again, most shows are (in korea and everywhere in the world). Having an idol in the finals was the best option for mnet so that the audience would watch it even more. Also, these shows always have scripts and all the contestants have a little "role" they need to play, and Jimin's role was to play all cute and sweet and to have a flirting kinda relationship with San E, while his role was to "fall for her charm". Other contestants also had roles: cheeta was the sassy one, Jessi was in everyone's face, Jidam was the innocent high schooler... Having that in mind, please, know that all of them were playing a role. However, i never liked Jimin and her actions are disgusting: she is a terrible person who should pay for what she has done to Mina and other AOA members. San E always had a creepy vibe and don't like him very much ether.
@Yorkie Nashire well, sorry to break It to you but all reality shows are, indeed, scripted. However, you need to realise that these scripts are not word by word scripts, and that's why you might be questioning it. Reality tv shows' scripts usually are meant to set roles among the people competing and the hosts: the beefs they need to have, what they should be made about in this or that episode, who needs to feel very hurt about this or that... These rappers were real, yes, but they needed to play a part for the reality show because the prduction company and mnet, needed a STORY. And that's how It works. If you need more prove, you just need to look Yuk Ji Dam's case. She was playing the inocent high schooler role here, but she came back for another season and she was super different: mature and bitchy-like. The needed this from her, this was her story for the show. But don't be fooled, these roles don't mean anything about the worth of these people, or if they are good if has people... And that's pretty much it for reality shows.

You need to understand that even if the competition was real, the show had a script for the contestants, meaning they knew they needed to play a certain role but then again, they could be sent home anytime because they could lose a battle. Nothing on reality TV is 100% real, sorry.

@Yorkie Nashire i talked about their roles being scripted. Also, that means they would act a certain way. For example, i love Jessi, but acting all arrogant and even a bit violent (verbally mostly but also clapping in people's faces and all that) that was something they had a pact on. She isn't like that anywhere else, she is sassy but very smart and doesn't snap so abruptly. And that is OKAY! The show was scripted and that is a normal thing on TV. Once the contract was over, Jessi could say anything about them. And during the show, every contestant critizized the show at some point, that meant articles would be written about the show, which meant views.
@Yorkie Nashire look, either you don't want to get it, want to keep thinking tv is improvising all times or are too young. Their raps were written by them (some of them had help) and some could get offended by the lyrics. But their reactions in solo interviews and the directions they needed to move forward according to the roles they were playing were scripted. TV is not real, people actually don't hate each other in real life and mnet knows how to get views.

If you actually watch the season, you'll realize that these comments were spread over the season and it wasn't like a regular thing. He never took her side or chose her unfairly, in fact, he even expressed how disappointed he was when 3 (including her) performed in front of verbal jint. The rest, well, she was mostly picked by other judges and the public. She didn't win coz she met Cheetah in the semi-final, but she still respected and cheered for her. If you see her now in Queendom, you'll see that she's still an awesome rapper.
Imagine when SanE said "Jimin is a Pretty Rapstar" then someone said "Oh so she lost then? good can i go home?"
