coriander leaves 1 bunch
mint leaves 1 bunch
garam masala powder 2 tablespoon
ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
turmeric powder ½ a tspn
red chilli powder 2 tspn
salt 1 tspn
almonds 12
cashew nuts 12
poppy seeds 2 tablespoon
dry coconut 2-3 tablespoon
chironji 2 tablespoon
for filling
curd 200gm
salt ½ a tspn
chopped green chillies
onion 1 medium sized chopped
chopped coriander and mint leaves
oil for frying

for tempering

Recipe is good and seems authentic. Am sure it'll taste great.
Cupl of observations: 1) Ambade ki bhaji daal ke sath bnaiye like what's called katli or make it into a chatni, without daal. All ingredients are okay for chatni, except the daal, which seems extra. Unless it's a personal choice. 2) Noticed Sorrel in the subtitles, which is English for Chukke ki bhaji, not Ambada. Ambada is a type of hibiscus, as much as I guess.
