Car ride struggles and triggers

Hey everyone! The car is like the worst place for me! Every aspect of it pisses the monster off! It’s a beautiful day today and grateful Kareim continues to stay corona virus free and was able come home to me! Thank you for joining me on my journey!

Hi, You may want to try a Trapper hat, at least in the winter. Keeping the monster warm can help to calm it down. The hat blocks the wind and some of the light.
