I changed the size of my icons by going to practice tool, going to interface, and adjusting everything to how I wanted it to be. I'm sure if you want to do more advanced stuff; making the minimap bigger than size 100, there is probably a reddit post out there that can teach you that, but I didn't really need to do that personally.
I built nashors second this game mostly so I can have better duel potential against the gwen when she splits or if she answers my split. If the enemy is a good gwen player, then they will save their E for Mordekaiser's Q. Therefore, going the usual mordekaiser builds would end up having mordekaiser lose the fights. If I go nashors instead, then I will have a source of guaranteed damage that she cannot possibly dodge leading to me having a more consistent all-in.
