How about the state stops giving the waters from our aquifers to bottling companies instead? I’m sure that has a greater impact…

Yes this! Why don't we make these multimillion dollar companies pull out their water pumping stations out of the headsprings? Talking to you Zephyrhills springwater. Also, what about all those houses on the river with a seawall? How is that not impacting natural vegetation? Let's not mention the giant waterpark at the headsprings, you are telling me the capacity crowd every weekend is not poisoning the water with their sunscreen? And didn't they just dredge the river? How is that not impactful? It's just a few wealthy people and overreaching environmentalist try to keep the river from the public...

So unless you live on the river you cannot really enjoy it anymore.

Can someone explain to me how you’re able to “snorkel and swim on the river” while not being able to beach/anchor your boat/kayak anywhere? Like actually, how the heck are you supposed to swim in the river, say if you’re on a kayak and you want to get out and go for a swim… how? Do you tie it to a tree? No, so how else? Where are you supposed to leave your kayak and how with the current ripping?? This literally makes no sense. Am I missing something here???? This law is basically forcing people to not swim or snorkel anywhere on the river since there’s no place for you to leave your kayak while do so! Haha.
