That second Hammam looked heavenly. The marble and mosaic tile is beautiful.

I hope you are satisfied with your trip to Istanbul. 11:54 I understand that you are not familiar with our culture, but we do not use such words for mosques or places of worship of any religion. 31:00 I can also say that the meat you eat is 99% cow meat, maybe some mutton. I live in Istanbul. Istanbul is metropol and cosmopolitan city. Very crowded, noisy, has most traffic

İstanbul also has the biggest mosques, high level local restaurants where you can taste best foods, and its history is pretty interesting to read cause of its location (between Asia and Europe). Only bad thing I’d say is you gotta be careful about scammers.

Eating horse meat is taboo in Turkey( As in the United Kingdom) and no one eats it. (If you are eating from a bad place, that meat can be horse meat, of course :D)

Hamman is like a sauna?
Sauna is 70-100°C and very dry. Hammam is less (I think 50?) but extremely humid.
There is no dog meat in Turkey ! It is kind of rude to mentioned that meat is dog or horse at meal ? Horse meat is also forbidden in Turkey to consume.

Horse and dog meat? Are you serious, we are Turks, horses have a great importance in our culture, our ancestors used horses for transportation and warfare, so it is forbidden to eat horse meat. dog meat is also forbidden because it is dirty.
Most of the people in Turkey are Muslims, so halal meat is usually used.

The 43 dollar massage was worth every dollar, while the massage from the mature man in the first Hamam was horrible.
When I saw the boy with oriental features I immediately thought "nothing good will come from him" but what a surprise, one of the coolest massages I've ever seen here on TH-cam!
