When you are earning in USD, spending in USD, then what’s the point of converting money to INR? That’s literally Chapter 1 for everyone who moves abroad. Even for comparison sake, that’s not the best approach to simply convert currencies.
Costco me bulk buying karo...local farm markets like farm fresh and jerry se saman lao..walmart is also a great option for small buying chhoti chhoti daily local goods and offers aate rehte hai har store me track karnaa padta hai bad..sasta aur acchi quality ka saman mil jata hai..and patel me bhi saman as such costly nahi hota utna bhi jyada, for a family of two with one or 2 kids aap bahut accha and healthy khana bana sakte ho khud in mid range amount ..around 400 to 500 dollars per month is more than enough ( making everything at home and not byuing junks and unnecessary food)...apart from food every other thing is obviously expensive
The prices of food in the US are insane! You really have to go from store to store and shop around. I go to Patel Brothers a lot because I cook Indian food and I prefer it over American food. Also, the sale flyers and coupons are helpful. I am in South Florida and I can often get coconuts, mangoes, and avocados for free because many people have trees and too much fruit at once! I can pick up fallen coconuts at most parks. People just throw them away down here!
Quality bhi dekho yar first quality ka sab rehta hai waha infact india se first quality ka hi export kiya jata hai aur hum jo yaha khate hai wo second yr third quality ka rehta hai so price sahi hai chez k hisab se
Yadi us me sab costly lag raha h to India me aa ke rahna chahiye us jane k baad dollar ko rs se comparenahi karna chahiye waha ki salery k hisab se sab sahi h

No point in converting to INR if you are talking about inflation in US. Your salary is way high to manage the inflation in USA😊 BTW, inflation here in India is also high and the price is as close as usa.
Beta aapko dollar m salary milte h nd dollar m payment krte ho US, Canada m sb sasta h comparativly India se Phir price Indian currency m Kyo Kyo bata rahe ho.
Yes you are 100 percent right but tjis generation is totaly confuse and behudi hai na ma baap sas saur ko kilna hai kud ji kanna hai phir bhi costly ka rag alaaptey rahtey hai
You are wrong. Agar salary 10 times bhi ho tab bhi monthly expenses bahut zyada . Vegetables ki price mat dekho . Rent insurances aur sare kharche dekhho. Pehli ki baat alag thi. Abhi covid ke baad se situation zyada kharab hai.
u r right, everything will be more than indian rupee, nothing will be less whether inflation or no inflation, that is what i feel, same way when foriegners or NRI come to india, they find everything cheap, but for middle class people here, it will be costly
If it’s informative vlog it better to just tell the price rather comparing with India. There’s absolutely no comparison of products in India and USA/Canada. Obviously India is cheaper but the earnings and expenses are in INR in India and in USD in USA. There’s no point in comparing. With all due respect this vlog isn’t very relevant though looks repetitive.
gdp per capita of usa is 76k$ which means around 60 lakhs per annum which equals to 5 lakhs inr/month.abhi with that much income per month yeh grocery mehngi nahi lagti. only agar tum india mein yeh rate se karidoge tab bahut mehnga hai.
😂 sabzi ke bare mein mat baat kro . Talk about rent, health insurance, car insurance, phone electricity, water bills. It is impossible to save in salary you are talking.
USA is crazy when it comes to taxes, although u do earn a lot, u will have to end up paying taxes, and it is more than how much u pay in India, and ur salary depends on the place where u live too
There is no point in converting dollars in rupees , you stay there in US ,earn in dollars enjpy all the benefits cleanliness.... ,quality of life why compare ,you cant get best of both world by dysyibg in US 😂
Hi Ritu, The groceries seems costlier than what we get in London at the moment in ALDI, Tesco etc. Also sometimes it depends on where you are shopping 😊 Hopefully you’ll find cheaper stores as well 😊
I really enjoy watching your vlogs and appreciate you sharing your personal life. However, please don’t convert into INR. That is incorrect comparison. Also prices are different in different places. Where I live, prices are almost 30-50% lower. So pricing is location based in USA. Thank you again for your vlogs and wish you all the best
Hi , your videos are always very rfreshing and lovely, i saw your home tour video recently please bhagwan mandir window parapet mein aap rakhi hein na instead you keep on one table , i know you r still setting the house , please don't mind

IN MY INDIA Sprite/Pepsi is very affordable price like 85 INR 2.25LTR. mozzarella cheese in india only 58 INR & MILK AMUL INDIA ka mast milk only 32 Per LTR.
Well we get paid in dollars as per dollar rate groceries are still cheaper than India. Yeh bhi batao ki how much Prashant salary is? If you are buying from Costco,bj’s or Sam’s club groceries are cheaper. Comparison kar hi rahe ho toh salary ka bhi karo.
Please make these vlogs with a perspective of the salary earned and the percentage of that spent on groceries etc.. Merely converting or in fact converting to the Indian Rupees does not give a clear picture and sometimes becomes misleading ss rightly pointed out.
Ritu dear, inflation, has hit & its happening all over the globe ji. Don't make the mistake of doing US vs INR ... makes no logical sense beta. Secondly buy ur cash crop from farmers market ji, in ur area. ( (I am sharing my 2 cents, An ex-NRI who was in the US for 2.5 decades, back home now). Earning in $US, life style is based on ur earning power n ur area of living. Many variables to keep in mind. Stay well Stay healthy ... Thks for ur vlogs ji. Get a nice peak into ur life. 😊🙏❗God Bless💙
Around 100 dollar mein 2 logo ki 1 month ki grocery aa jati hai.. Not too much money for someone who is earning 5000 to 7000 dollar Only rent is much..
You have now been living in USA for quite sometime, including the period before you moved to UK. It’s absolutely not correct to compare in INR just to prove how expensive the products are, given that your husband is making good money in dollars and you are also making money via these vlogs. Btw, I also live in NJ and the prices are fine compared to India
Unless until the salary is more than 1.7 lakh per annum it is v difficult to save after covid . Many people from India watch and write rubbish. Those who talk about earning in dollars need to have clear picture of all expenses from house rent to insurances, and several other bills. Also many people write if life is difficult tthen why don't Indians return. Guys it is not easy to make such changes to life. Sab kuch chod kar aana bhi aasan nahin hota.

Salaries in USA aren’t that high if people are thinking so….., salary and cost of living are correlated. You get paid as per the country standards.
On an average IT engineers make $150000 a year that's not bad tbh
