(Assuming we get the changes KR have been ‘test’ for a week.)
Carful out there! After the update things will feel different.
From what I have seen from KR. Some classes are now OP and some not so much.
Shai may even be having some issues cus of hit count and heals…
just gotta hang in there and wait on the feedback process.
AP has been increased on monsters to adjust from the extra DR we now get from DR brakets (so I am told)
SO, if you where under-geared in a location, you may feel it more.

o Adjusted skill hit counts.
o Revamped Damage Reduction and Accuracy/Evasion system.
Changed Node/Conquest War stats by Territory following the revamp.
• Added Slumbering Origin exchange quests
o Allows you to exchange Slumbering Origin gloves and shoes with Crystallized Despair.

gave RBF a bit of a try , Classic and val...
Voo's build does feel stronger, also given there where a lot more people in RBF than normal.
hard to be sure how much stronger, have to wait for normal levels of players that i'm used to and for everyone to adjust to new stuff.
