Same for me, it's been really rough lately and I've been losing motivation to keep going and even for my passion (karate, art), but it's my 6th year at MMA and I'm almost close to being a black belt! So if I quit it would all be for nothing, and looking at these videos are starting to make me feel more motivated and making me improve myself mentally and physically, so I really thank this channel for bringing back my motivation whether it's little by little ☺️🤍

I also have my struggles (anxiety, depression, and somw others), but I know I have to keep fighting if I want to achieve my taekwondo black belt that I've wanting sooo bad since before the pandemic, but couldn't earn it because of it. And it wasn't the same after cuz high school got harder, I had to get a job and I had less time, now my dojang is no more so I have to get into a new one. But i know that soon I'll be able to keep training and you should nice internet stranger 😊

The final one was so wholesome- teams are meant to treat each other like family and have trust and each other. Even if you’re really trained and well-taught in a particular sport of subject, you can’t do anything without a trusting team or a supportive friend.

As a former practitioner of martial arts just wait until over 40 back pain will be the least of the pains you will notice. But love the way you don’t take yourself so seriously and the last bit you are family is the most meaningful part.
