I’ve always had such an interest in herbs and herbalism in holistic type rituals/workings when it comes to health and bliss so finding a TH-cam channel that is one with my interest is very comforting and I just wanted to say thank you for your content! Also if this isnt too intrudinng what was that book that had pictures of the flowers with info on ur workplace? Ive been on the search for new books.

Hey there! Sorry for the late reply. From what I’ve read sunlight can break down active ingredients in the plant matter (sort of like sun damage to skin or hair) Feel free to dive deeper in your own research 😌
Hey there! This is a paint pen. The brand is Posca, I got it from Blick art materials. It’s waterproof and smudge-proof when it dries. Highly recommend for writing on glass or tin jars 😄

I experimented with putting calendula in witch hazel and made a great spray for irritated skin. Works great!
