Hi @GoogleCareerCertificates, In this lecture we know that release dates are only rough estimates because things can and do change. But in my experience when my team cannot meet the release dates bc of customer changes, my boss always considers that my team's performance is not well and can't get any project bonus. As a team leader, how can I deal with that? thanks!
