Ten hours I attempted this with two separate full groups today with extensive planning and setup, one even with almost perfect rng on supply spawns.. We still never cleared... You did it solo.... I think I need to uninstall gtfo.....
@@arnijohannesson7638 It's not a modded client, that would be extremely obvious. He does use flyer skip which is a somewhat common exploit for the level, and he manipulates the enemy numbers by killing off smaller enemies until he is spawn capped with only giants at the end. Other than that, this just looks like near perfect execution of a difficult level.
It looked like he max capped the waves with the giants so the more annoying tentacle strikers wont spawn during the error, without max capping, the waves respawns are literally the speed of surge scans, that way he makes it a breeze kiting the giants around till extract
How did you get the flyers to not spawn until the end during T-scan? Also no hybrid/snatcher? Edit: I now understand the invisible line mechanic with the flyers. Is it the same with the hybrid and snatcher?
Combat shotgun has been power creeped out of favour. Pump shotgun deals very high damage with a tighter spread and better range...you still need to cancel it's bugged reload animation tho.
If you pay attention near the end of the scan for Z159 at around 27:08, he crosses an invisible line which is supposed to trigger the flyers to spawn. He decided to go all the way around during the scan to not fight the flyers and triggered them afterwards. This, therefore, made the scan significantly easier to solo.
Another inspiration to me, looks tempting to solo it...

i suspect he is cheating with some setting.

that's the most convenient giant wave at the end

Yes.
Can you tell me what is the invisible line mechanic, or where can I learn about it?
@@DanteAnGi line where stairs start , hybrid line trigger is somewhere at the bottom
@@misterdoctor2909 Thank you!

Pretty cool
What would you say the advantage is using this shotgun instead of the combat shotgun?
damage

Where are the flyers? on a circular scan?

@@20sloppygood catch! Do you know why there weren’t snatchers?
