Went to an estate sale, seen 3 Harleys sitting in the garage covered in dust and cigarette smoke. Low tire pressure told me they weren't moved in a long time. Picked up the 98 heritage softail classic in black. Brought it home and cleaned it off and started looking closely. Under the front and rear fenders I seen stickers that looked like they were put there yesterday dated 4/13/1998 4:33am as well as the paint was as clean as the day it left the dealership. Started to feel like something was wrong. Got a fresh battery and put it in. Turn the nob on and see the O.D. reading 197 miles. I about flipped. Best find of my life by far. Cleaned all the old oils out and put new, put fresh gas in and started it up. Now I'm in the process of breaking it in. Everything cleaned up so well it looks like it just left the show room floor. Been a rider my entire life of all two wheel toys. This was delivered to me by someone above knowing I would take great care and keep it true to its original form.

Just love this era of Softails. With few exceptions, modern bikes all look like something Batman would ride.
