Bro, I agree Atif has sung different type of songs. But as a vocalist his voice sounds too similar in all the songs. His technique is the same making it smooth in the lower register and belting in the higher octave. The songs might be different but his singing style is the same. Also the runs he does are limited and repetitive whatever style he sings. Arijit has more wide range of techniques and more versatile. Can adapt according to the song genre. He just doesn't belt all the notes. I am not biased or discriminating. As an experienced vocalist with a diploma in classical music I am analysing the difference in singing styles. By the way, I love both Atif and Arijit, I am just pointing out the technicalities

Arijit some times goes with a chest voice and sometimes with a head voice in the higher registers. And sometimes makes it a bit nasal to make it more stylistic. He mixes both classical runs and western runs based on the requirement or even Arabic style runs as you can observe in the song Bin Te Dil. Atif does more of that Sufi style runs either he is singing a western style melody, or Bollywood style melody or a rock song. You can make out that more emphasis on that Sufi style Islamic style of impact in his songs. Tajdar e haram is a completely different style of composition and meaning of you compare with jina jina. But his voice projection sounds very similar in both the songs if you observe clearly. It is smooth low notes and belted high notes which sound in a Sufi style. All this does not take away the fact that he has an extremely beautiful voice and a great vocalist. These are just small technical nuiances that I felt. Might differ from person to person. There are many common things in Arijith's songs as well. The common things come more from the voice perspective rather than the style perspective. He changes the style but his voice will be the same. You can observe that slight rasp and sleepy texture in all the songs but the style varies greatly.
@Emad Ahmed I have already said its all based on people's preferences. Obviously my perspective is different and your's different. I have stated my own points and you have stated yours. Regarding the high notes I guess you already know this point that pitch and volume are two different things. Singing with more volume does not mean singing in higher pitch. Atif is more of a Baritone singer, so his voice feels heavy in the higher notes. He needs to give that power in order to reach those notes. Arijit is a tenor and there is no need for him to put that much effort to sing the same note. You can observe the power in his voice in the classical songs and he uses a lighter voice for the romantic songs. I am not saying Arijit is vocally superior. Bollywood songs have much less potential than these two can reach. So we cannot compare them based on those songs. You can see the difference in the extempore while they are singing in live. Atif mostly goes for the notes which he already prepared, do not experiment much on the stage. Arijit experiments more on stage and improvises more. That obviously comes from his classical training. The legendary singer Sonu Nigam in an interview when asked to rate singers out of 10 based on all the parameters, gave Atif around 6 points and gave 8 points to Arijit. He gave himself a 7 as he is a very down to earth person. That means a lot as he is completely in a different league compared to these two. A legend to whom no current singer is nearby. I don't know as many songs as you do. I did not even listen all the songs you have mentioned as I am from the South. I am just analysing based on my intuition for music.
By the way do watch my performance in a reality show. I am attaching the link here. It is a classical song in Telugu language. It is definitely worth a watch. It is much more than you can expect. You can give it a try as music doesn't have a language.

Some songs like sun le zara, jhoom jhoom jhoomta hoon, har kisiko. Arijit singh has many variations in his voice while atif aslam dont have variations. There is no doubt that he sings good but compared to arijit he is nothing..
