Rescuing Lucy (Cat-Stuck-In-Tree-Rescue)

Lucy was chased up a tree by a neighbors dog, and spent 3 days at around 20 feet off the ground before her rescue. She is 7 months old and is a very sweet cat. Middlebury, VT.
