When the vision of an org can reach it’s level of wisdom of anyone that’s important and that’s growing means everything in the business industry will become an example then that wisdom itself already done what it has to be done other life cycle of the being is completely up to his own. Everything have the limits and has its own law. Whatever the wisdom connected to anything. That is not an extra liability that never becomes an asset to the org as per law. Respecting the law of humanity is leads to the better generations.

The founding document of the EBRD, whose headquarters building is in London, states the bank "has full legal personality" but the bank does not appear in Companies House nor any other company registry. So can a company have legal personality without registration, in contradiction to the statement in the House of Lords?

In relations of the company with others, in case of a debt, does the company itself pay the debt or the partners that form the company?

Hi Enegrida. This is where the concept of the ‘veil of incorporation’ will come in, hence the partners are indemnified in a Company from Liability for debt, thus the Company will have to pay.
