Not just for anxiety, but, if you recall, prior to the release of this catchy little tune, she went from wearing pain patches, to a cervical collar. That's because she suffered a herniated disk in her neck. She did undergo surgery at a specialist hospital for it, and it was successful. This was the reason why she was sitting during several performances beforehand, she couldn't stand the pain it put her through.
It's also the reason why she gained weight. The medication she had been put on was a high strength, steroid based medicine, which can cause rapid swelling, and weight gain.
I don't care what anyone's got to say but Chae and jeongyeon's pre chorus is the catchiest part and essence of the song and minari and nayeon's bridge is so good!!

The feels really couldn’t have been a more perfect title. I really thought they’d follow the anti drop trend but they stayed true to Twice and just continued their own trend of giving out feels and vibes. Whoever produced this is a genius, the chorus is just too fun 🙌🏽
