That looks great! I ordered this little contraption off the internet to place on your chainsaw/chains. Once fixed you were suppose to use this litt.e turning handle and it would move the chain through and sharpen it at the same time!!! Well it was a POS (💩💩💩) I chalked that up to lesson learned!! 😂😂😂
never sharpen the chainsaw in the forest. It is impractical, and the sharpening will never be of professional quality. You simply buy 3 sets of chains and carry them in your toolbox. When it gets dull you change the chain and put on a new sharp one. Then when you get home, you disassemble the chainsaw and clean everything. And you sharpen the 3 sets of chain using a precition guide tool... like sthil fg1
What rubbish you are talking! Every pro I know sharpens in the forest and doesn't need anything special ... just a file is enough. If you're a pro every time you fill with petrol and oil you freshen up your chain with the file. This stump vice helps you do that better and easier
