Thanks for this update on how to handle Project Knowledge in Claude. I like the addition of a text document that defines the 'style, tone, structure and format' of a blog post, into the instructions for Claude inside the project. Planning to add such to my Writing Projects.
Hit Book Idea Athlete Galaxy Clusters Amazing galaxy sports included each galaxy member jogging in a large sphere plastic. A tower stack contests, bike riding in a sphere plastic. And other unique amazing new custom sports. Galaxy sizes trampoline with super high bounce.
This is excellent. Thank you for sharing this with a concrete example. I am still not very clear on what should go in the Claude instructions section versus the project knowledge section. I guess I will figure out as I use it more
Glad this was helpful! I’ll record a video that goes more in depth. I’d recommend keep the instructions specific to “actionable prompting” (tone, style, etc.) and the project knowledge specific to contextual information for the project (information about your niche, brand strategy, product or service features, etc.)
I'm thinking of subscribing to Claude. What do you recommend to avoid easily reaching the usage limits set by Claude? Should I have one project with custom instructions for how I want it to write the mini-stories I create and make all the stories in different chats within the same project? Or should I create different projects for each story even if I have the same custom instructions?
