Macomb Mall for a hot second was a PVP enabled area in the past, but they cleaned it up hardcore. Honestly it is bustling compared to other malls outside GLC it seems.

i lived there in the late 90s and it was get oh. But universal mall was the most depressing. Oakland Mall was the the place

In 1997, this mall was very first Jeepers! location in the metro Detroit area.
