This has reference to our earlier communication regarding the start of the academic session for students admitted in the Academic Year 2023. We had earlier informed you that the academic session will commence from 16th September 2023. There is a VVIP event scheduled in the vicinity of the university campus and the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Chief Ministers and International VIP’s are expected to be using Galgotias University’s world class Infrastructure for the MotoGP 2023 event starting 20.09.2023 - 24.09.2023 at the Buddha International Circuit, all roads shall remain closed due to high security reasons. The University has taken the decision to postpone the start of the academic session to avoid any inconvenience to our students and parents. The new date for the start of the academic session is 26th September 2023 (schedule attached) We understand that the announcement of a new date for the start of the academic session may cause some adjustments to your plans and we regret the inconvenience.
