You really need to learn how to use bioscaner. You are supposed to add people you trust in first phase, not the one you suspect that is alien. You'd check the alien in the second phase.
Honestly, I think in 4 player using it with people you suspect is better, and with more, you have to actually pick people you trust so you can at least know what one specific person is.
Not really in this case, it's also useful to put someone that could be the alien in the bioscanner and see if they purposefully get it wrong, if they do get it right (like ash did the other time) you still get to narrow it down anyway. Like other people said, with more than 1 alien this wouldn't work so well
I feel like you should add rules that says that whoever is being tested is not allowed to speak or react in any way vocally until the answers are revealed. You guys are metagaming a lot as humans which makes it really difficult for the alien.
In a 4 player game with 1 alien, I see your point, but when there is 2 or more aliens, the game is favored towards the aliens that humans need whatever advantage they can get.

Ash got super lucky with the guesses and I'm surprised they turned on him so quickly. The only REAL tell of that round was Ash delaying near the end, because up until that point he had always tested correctly, done the bio scan right, AND told the truth about the results! Not suspicious.

You guys ever wonder what happened before the alien came on the ship though? I mean if they were a crew for a while, then that would mean that someone died so the alien could impersonate them without having an extra person on the ship. Can you imagine, having to send of into the dark regions of space an alien that looks like your friend (assuming you're sure the person you're yeeting is an alien) only to find your friend's (skinned?) corpse in a closet. It's pretty traumatic, I think...

You shouldnt be allowed to mention anything about the promp before it is revealed to everyone. Someone talking about "he drawed both of them cause he didnt decide wich one it was" is almost like comparing with prompt everyone is getting to see who got the wrong one more times. Or like when he write the prompt in the writing part... idk, even if you could be hacking yourself and showing that you got the right prompt writing it on the answer, isnt part of the game try to justify that you got the right prompt? if you tell all that you got it or write it in the answer, is killing part of the game.
So far, every episode, Jazzy is always the alien in the first round, and Ash is always the alien in the second round. It makes the game look rigged or something, albeit unintentionally. Ash's username starts with an A, and Jazzy's starts with an H, with H being the furthest along the alphabet of their usernames. I think it should be tested. If my suspicions are correct, the first round chooses the furthest name down the list in alphabetical order to be the alien, then the second round goes nearest to A. and with two or more aliens, it would do something similar. Then the list might repeat this pattern with later rounds.
@@carlotta4th Not necessarily. It's a matter of chance for how good the prompts are, and how well the alien can bluff/guess. For example, when humans got the prompt to draw their group of friends, and Ash was able to bluff it by just drawing a group of people based on the alien prompt. But on the deliberation deck, when the question was how much you would offer to buy a baseball card for at a yard sale if it was worth $50, but marked for $1, and Jazzy guessed $50 because she had no prompt, so everyone instantly knew she was the alien.
@@Melnorjr I'm partially influenced by playing with strangers on twitch, keep in mind. You don't know those people's coffee or sleeping habits, so a lot of times deliberation deck is absolutely useless until the clock is getting close to zero and the questions finally get super specific. So I found the drawings far more useful for the rest of the time. The humans can put detail in to make it clear that they knew exactly what the prompt was, while the alien's drawing is always going to be just a bit "off" or simple in comparison to how much detail everyone else is using.

By contrast, when there's a full ship with 3 aliens you really need tactics like that.
i root for tactics that increase the chances that 3 players win rather than just 1. teamwork from stumpt is better than 1 smug & 3 salty people

Stop picking the drawing challenge so much! it takes sooo much time that you get fewer tests
But the tests are also way more revealing. A detailed drawing tells more accuracy for who is an alien than "do you like coffee: agree" ever could.
