Its MC's like this and songs like this that need to be recognized more. Joe been slept on for sooooo fucking long and its insulting to real lyrists. This entire album was solid.
Everyone's sleeping on that Escape Route mixtape. In my opinion, is the coldest Joe Budden album period. It felt like Joey reached another level on this album. Its right above Mood Muzik 2 in my mind.
Josh Plouffe his darker stuff is the best stuff. I'm really hoping for more of that on All Love Lost. He owes it to the fans after how commercial No Love Lost was.
Ahh,, all of slaughterhouse sobered up and that definitely had a lot to do with the break up. You're definitely not the same person after that drastic change, but I 100% get it.
Lyrically Joey is one of the best out there if not the best out there. He brings it straight and direct and at the same time its so intelligent that haters are the ones who cant figure it what he is saying and just hate. Its funny.
Lyrically, Nas is head and shoulders above the rest, maybe with Big L, Joe, Eminem and Andre 3000. But Tupac was the most charismatic ever! mixed with crazy rhymes, flow and positive message!
resseruction of 2pac ... and those that say "no 2pac was way better" i agree but when u got swag rap now adays .. joe is the only 1 that comes close to 2pac ... and kendrick lamar and j cole
Drug addiction. Heroin in specific. It's a very powerful film. The beat is 'Lux Aeterna' which is used in the soundtrack. The song isn't to do with the film.
@kaccccccc Lil Jon has a song with this beat I doubt its even close to as good as Buddens version but its still kinda tight, jus can't remember the name of it,also an artist outta Texas named Chalie Boi but I cant recall the title of the song either sorry
@16patie Well he is signed to eminems label, so he is mainstream, how ever eminem allows him to keep his lyrical underground style unlike when he made pump it up with that other major label
@JBizzle93 you're right about the origin of this track but Lupe destroying Budden???? That's laughable to me, Joe is the best out right now in case you weren't aware...
this one of the greatest rap songs ever made.
''Self destructive I love it anything that abuses me amuses me,
I just hope the whole world excuses me!''
🤣😎
Its MC's like this and songs like this that need to be recognized more. Joe been slept on for sooooo fucking long and its insulting to real lyrists. This entire album was solid.

Drug addiction. Heroin in specific. It's a very powerful film. The beat is 'Lux Aeterna' which is used in the soundtrack. The song isn't to do with the film.

@JBizzle93 you're right about the origin of this track but Lupe destroying Budden???? That's laughable to me, Joe is the best out right now in case you weren't aware...
@Jesus649 Thank you jesus for setting us straight again lol
man he aint underground hes signed to shady records bro cmon not all them came up since
How can you be a fan of Tupac when you didn't recognize the verses from some of his other songs? They were popular hits aswell.
@JBizzle93 wu-tang aint nothing to fuck with haha
@kaccccccc I got 32 bars on this, I'll post it up some this week. Let me know what you think
haha since he signed to interscope i viewed it as he is underground in the mainstream
@16patie shit he stands alone not a crash test dummy nt a clone
Budden isn't signed to Shady, Slaughterhouse is. Eminem signed a group, not a group of individuals. Budden is far from mainstream.
Andre 3000 ??? seriously -,-
not it is not, think you may be dizzy
