First off, Kim is so incredibly beautiful. Second, I really do miss all the black sitcoms we used to have. Everybody hates chris, one on one, fresh prince, family matters, moesha, the parkers, etc. Back then black sitcoms were so original, creative, and funny.

Technology has now become engagingly advanced and many of our attention spans fall short because we are distracted by a plethora of things happening all at once. In addition to that, ebonics change after a certain time. Moreover, certain subject matters cannot be produced due to concerns from people from all walks of life. They want to take things too easily now in the business. One big mistake or scandal, the media will constantly be on your ass until they decide to cancel you.

Man I wanted them to touch on how amazing she was during her mental breakdown on the upshaws she represented the vast majority of black women on a day to day with all of our task and nobody really checks on us so much so that she had a heart attack and her family kept on moving as if she was just fine. I wanted to know where did she pull that from because it was truly the black woman experience ♥️
"We're gonna die from coldnessness!" That was one of my favorite lines from her from "Good Times." Kim has been in the game for a LONG time. Legend no doubt.

She directed nearly 50% of the series Kenan & Kel (the most episodes out of the directors staff), and shamelessly plugged herself in the Thanksgiving episode when Kel brought home two live turkeys and named them Tootie and Regine. Director Malcolm Jamal Warner did the same thing in an episode where Kel was on the couch and said “I’m watching Cosby.” Gotta respect that hunger.

I remember her in The Facts of Life she was a child actor and has kept a consistent pace ever since then. The Real Housewives of Atlanta was just a way to let the world know she was alive that why she only did ONE SEASON !!! She is a wonderful actor and appears to be a genuine person.

I love the Upshaws and I need moreee episodes. The script worried me at first but they really brought it together and there is a lot of dysfunctional Black relationships this exposed it and also showed how to work through it, meanwhile keeping the family together ❤ These characters feel real and the comedic timing is perfect❤
