Bummer. There are 2 Allen keys screws at the top of the gun where the retracting tip is. The Allen key is in the box. Undo them both… but first remove the nails from the magazine.
After 6 months One of my workers put 16gauge nails in it “accidentally” and it wrecked it.. but it was punching 18g strong for ages.. it still shoots 40 mm Brads and smaller staples into soft timber. Can’t punch em into merbau or hard wood like in the video… Im spewin coz I can’t get these in Australia anymore.. at the moment.. Will buy again when I can..

It’s all good,
The 240v charger has an Aussie plug, when its at full charge it’s about 20v.
So no issues
