See I have the same bike with the steering damper and I have been looking for someone who had that on there. Glad to know I can still get this to work.
Yep. I upgraded my charger to the quad lock wireless charger with the vibration dampener. It works out nice. How long you been ridin'?

I'm sorry bro, I just now seen your question. I ran the wire from the battery under the fairing and gas tank cover and had it come out the front. But I bought the wireless charger since then. Check it out.

If you have that steering damper on your bike, it most definitely "should" work.

Nope, not at all. It still has play "moves up & down" like it's supposed to do.
One last question. What size security torx bit did you use?
When you order the pieces in the link of this video, it comes with it. I think is a #8. After I got my factory washer, I used the middle length one.

Be careful with those Keychains big homie, had a buddy with a Gucci Keychain get it caught up in his forks/steering damper and he can't walk anymore. Not criticism or anything, just looking out.
