Plus you just seem like the coolest person on the internet!! Lmao!! Which is why it’s O’cool, right? Love your face and your roommate!!😘❤️😘❤️

    Thank you soo much for taking the time to make this - my lil eyelids feel seen, heard and appreciated 🙌🏻 🥲
    My eyes are very similar to your model’s and I’ve found that using a light concealer like fair/ivory etc can make the ‘fake lid’ seem really unnatural looking against the rest of the eye. I know it’s not meant to be a natural look, but I definitely think adding and blending in those neutral shadows afterwards to set the base helps dull down the starkness of the concealer. If that makes sense?
    I would love to see more hooded eye tutorials e.g halo eye, using glitters/shimmers/gems, inner corner techniques, graphic liner (I could go on!)

      Yes! I'd especially love to see a halo eye for hooded eyes tutorial for sure.

    • @rachelocool
      @rachelocool  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      yes!!! I think next time id choose a concealer that is closer to her actual skin tone, it'd make blending easier too. and omg those are such good suggestions thank you!!!

    I love that you have a gorgeous hooded eye model. It makes the tutorial so much easier to follow. It’s one thing to hear it explained but to see it on an actual hooded eye is perfection. You are just lovely🥰

    I'm absolutely loving your tutorials girl! As a Pro MUA myself, my approach has always been that makeup should be used to enhance your own natural beauty so to find someone with the same kind of philosophy, who is breaking down the makeup "rules" and empowering others to do the same is truly amazing. Thank you for being you 💕💕

    Ok so I haven’t started but I just wanted to say THNK YOU. I have extremely hooded eyes and I wasn’t even self conscious about it until I wanted to learn how to do fun, colorful, rock n roll makeup. I learned that hooded eyes was a “bad thing” or “hard to work with”. Which led me to feel bad about my eye shape and kinda hating it every time it showed so much in pictures or when I smiled. I recently just started playing again with makeup after 5 years of completely stopping with it because I just felt embarrassed at everything I did or listening to other you tubers saying like “gotta cover that….” And honestly finding your video just made me spark again that creativity. Please, any video you can do on hooded eyes, it will be so so so so honored in my heart. New fan & subscriber. Thank you!!! Ps. Bright colors, black eyeshadows, crazy bold stuff!!!!!! I would really love that!!!

    Thank you for these eye look videos, they are so helpful. You are right about trends and looks not fitting all faces. I have a small mouth, thinner brows. Everything that is not represented really atm. I also tried to have thicker brows, and doesn't fit my face. We all have unique beauty that requires different varities of looks. So, thank you again for these videos
