Is this the first time you've seen snow? I live in MD, and we had that same cold snap. But that snow was nothing. Wait till you see a foot or more! I bet it's much easier moving freight in the cold than the summer.
you ever seen those trucks with those white or other colored things over there grilles like on Peterbilt's that's to keep the engine warmer in cold weather may try carboard but don't totally cut off the air flow or it will over heat and not sure the cardboard maybe a bad idea if it gets to hot also but honestly i would probably get a think piece of sheet metal and cut a 1 foot hole in the center and keep it under my bed when I didn't need it if i was going up north like that.
SILICONE for lug nut covers , put a dab of silicone on the threads keeps lug nut covers on and they won't come off and also it makes it a little bit harder for somebody just walk up and steal one, and you can still get them off easily
Damn, never thought I’d see you making a delivery in Strasburg, that’s only 20 minutes from me! I’ve hauled equipment in and out of the next development north of there. Had to laugh at your reactions to the snow and ice, be careful out there.
I remember when showers were $6-7 dollars. If you ever see me at pilot j, I will give you a free shower, I have a lot of shower credits since I fuel there all the time. I can till you live in Florida, I live in Ohio and I see Canada drivers in shorts, that's crazy. God bless and stay strong
Im back at Landstar but im considering other options would you say from your experience that its worth the change? Bedbugging has been something I've been strongly considering
Been “Bedbug Truck’in” since 1978. Pond to Pond. You get use to blizzards 😂😂😂
Need to use a winter front on the grill. Helps keep the motor warm for heat
Yippers when it’s that cold, you gotta cut the airflow off or you’ll freeze your butt off👍👍👍
AK..WTF...5 months, you been with them for 5 monts....RECORD
Fenders need back plate behind it to keep them from going back into tires!!! H20 freezes @ 32° F
32 Degrees Fahrenheit is when Water Freezes

You should of been in Sioux Falls, SD it was -45 degrees with the wind chill.
I love the snow for about 2 months and then it gets old real fast
When you fold your pads stack them on 4 wheelers save yourself time and hassle when uou have to move them out of your way just a tip
You need to put a cover over ur radiator so it can get hot for heat
The area up there is nice when it’s warm. Not when it’s cold lol

Or just buy a winter front for like 60$ and skip the ghetto cardboard or sheet metal or whatever else lol

Put Cardboard
On the inside of your grill.
It'll help keep the motor warm when it's super cold out like that.
Weird thing is it’ll stay warm but when I idle at night with it being bumped it’ll reach like 200 for some reason and stay there
@@TruckerAK even if you kick the Idle up
Does the heater work?
