That horse was being VERY nice when it did that. Horses have a strong PSI (about 500). If that was a warning it was REALLY nice. Not to mention it wasn't showing signs of aggression like pinned ears. To me it seemed more like the horse was being playful. But still that horse was VERY gentle considering that this was a random tourist and there were most likely a lot of people. That is a very well trained guard AND horse for having patience.

And when you see a big sign next to a professional and their animal, why would you ignore the warning? There're big signs next to the horses.
