november 27th 2024, still works even on ios 18.2 beta. If its a school issued ipad do this over a long break like winter or thanksgiving or summer break because thats when most schools dont care and go off their IT and staff jobs.

As of 10/09/24, it works for iOS 17.7 At first, it wasn’t letting me do the first step. My mistake was not resetting my device to its factory settings since the beginning.(you could do it from 3u tools)

Update: it worked and then a month later the Ipad auto updated and was back stuck on the mdm screen. So I just went from the "Deactivate" step, did the mdm bypass then reactivate and I was back in. ez peasy
Do I need to use a windows computer to download winrar and everything or is it possible to use a macbook to do this? When I try, winrar isn't downloading correctly I think

@donzelfreshington2908 I did have an issue when I tried to move too fast when deactivating and whatnot. I redid the entire process and it worked after that. I only know it works because I was on 17 and then did the bypass. After that I upgraded to 18 and it broke the bypass so I redid it. My ipads are 7th Gen so they are slow when rebooting
