      Nallıhan kapaması böyle olmaz. Etler ve soğanlar kapama küpünün içine konup küp çukur bir tencereye kapatılır suyu verilir etler ve soğan küpün içinde buharla pişer. Daha sonra pirinci ilave edilip pişirilir.

      Evet maklube de denile bilir. Genelde suriye,ırak,filistin gibi ülkelerin yanı sıra ülkemizde de arap kökeninin çok olduğu siirt ve mardin yörelerinde bilinen bir yemek tir. :)
