I just can't take this seriously until they change the amateur hour club level rules regarding technical problems. (Pidcock, Shwarzbaeur etal). This is supposed to be the WORLD championships and about the best rider, not whose mechanic can change a wheel faster. Just give the racer another bike and send him/her. It's embarrassing to watch.
