Well, not every item. The Bomber is an enemy in the Kirby series.

The only items from Kid Icarus that’re in Smash are the back shield and X-Bomb. The sticky bomb, final smash ball, assist trophy, bombchu, pokèball and master ball, food, Mr. Saturn, soccer ball, and much much more are not from this game.
