Hi In recommendation letter form where we full our details and also we fill our recommender details, about sign of the recommendor is it mandatory. Because most of the professor won't do this. If i just my details and attach the recommendation letter will that have negative impact on my application.Do reply it is really important and it is big doubt for me.

Yes you can erase them but if not it's totally fine .
