If you're O2 is below 94% they do require oxygen, and any time you put them on a backboard you always put a Collar on them. And if there is suspected head trauma and a low BP always get an IV in

Ace my friend as a medically retired critical care paramedic can I offer some feedback? You need to be much more methodical with your patient. After determining the area is safe approach your patient and start with the ABC’s, airway - is the airway free from obstruction and open?, breathing - is the patient breathing and if so how are they breathing? and what is the rate., circulation - do they have a pulse? What is the rate? Is it fast, slow, etc? Then move onto are they conscious? What is there level of consciousness - fully alert/dross/semi conscious/unconscious? Then you need to move onto a head to toe check for injuries. Work down the body and mentally check off each area so you don’t miss anything. Once you have the injuries or symptoms determined treat them in the order of most life threatening. This is a massively simplified version of what myself and my fellow paramedics and technicians do with each patient. Keep practicing and it will soon become automatic, you’ll do it without thinking.
