Ronald Acuna Replacement : 🚨 Tommy Pham, Chicago White Sox Let's face it: Pham was signed by the lowly White Sox to be traded at the deadline. Despite not making his debut until late April, he has performed well in his first 32 games. Indeed, he's batted .313/.358/.445 with three home runs in 137 plate appearances. Although he celebrated his 36th birthday in March, he remains able to put a charge into the ball, with his average exit velocity exceeding 90 mph on the year to date. Pham has been traded at each of the past two deadlines. We fully expect that streak to reach three before the calendar flips to
The Padres were kind of fluky last season too. They had one of the best run differentials in baseball. Much better than the Diamondbacks or playoff Marlins. Yet the Padres missed the playoffs entirely. They were basically a .500 team. They must've been winning a lot of blowouts but losing a ton of 1 run games. 1 run games are huge in baseball because their are a ton of them. Usually a failure to win in close games despite having a great run differential means either the bullpen is bad or the manager is doing a bad job. It's very rare for a team to have a great run differential but miss the playoffs. Especially in this era where 12+ teams make the playoffs a great run differential should get you in.
Well, we did recently win a nice shiny ✨ Ring 💍 & you have to admit the ring is really nice Go back and compare the 2021 ring to other rings, It’s Friggen Nice 😂 I have a high level fan version, Still have Gold & Diamond 💎 on display in my living room, it’s a conversation piece
At least for the short term the Braves appear to be in big trouble. Scored only 2 runs in last 4 games. Offense is non-existent. Too many players injured!! If offense can catch up to the pitching the sky's the limit. That appears to be a big IF. Every swing should be to the opposite field except maybe for Ozuna. Where would the Braves be without Ozuna.
Javier is the worse. He trashes the Padres in a horrible way. He has an abusive tongue. He calls them losers! Seriously that is abusive language. It is one thing to criticise (sp?) their play, it is another thing to abusively trash the person/persons. Regarding the Braves: I wish Spencer Strider was pitching. I am not a Brave fan but I love watching him pitch. I love when your fans do the chop, but hope you don't chop the Padres too much this weekend lol.

Good series tonight should b exciting
Javi is a fun person to talk to. You two should do it more often. Good show!
Thanks!
Hey, Jake!! Very cool guest. Javi is super interesting. Love it.
Thanks, Leland.
Ozuna is the only hitter I have confidence in
I can understand feeling that way right now.
I don't know what to think after the strike out fest the Braves had tonight! #18!
He’s come a long way
I ever run into him in Atlanta, I’m buying him a drink 🥃

Thank you....everyone has had a weird season
Weird is a good way to describe this season so far.

They're a head-scratcher for sure.
Go Braves
Go Braves!
The Padres has been talented and always underperformed for a decade now
I wouldn't say they've been talented for a decade. Maybe the last 4-5 years.
@@LockedOnBraves fair enough
Die hard braves fan
Yes, I am too
Reynoldo is Spencer's replacement this yr but one more pitcher wouldn't hurt
What's up guys
What’s Up 😂
Damn, we may be the most spoiled fanbase in baseball. I've never seen more bitching and moaning from the fans of a team that is 12 games over .500
Over 500 ball will go away quickly if they continue to play like they did tonight!

Kelinic needs to get the bottom to the top
Moving the lineup around a little might spark some production but I feel like putting a platoon player in the top would be counterproductive.
But Machado is a bad ass
Yes
Tatis Jr is a good ball player
He is. Fun tow atch.
He needs to go to Mets
Trade some for Sandy from Florida Marlin.

Sorry you feel that way about Javi. But I also wish Strider was pitching.
Well, that was a piss poor performance from our star-studded offense today.
