We were taken apart in a 4-3-3 against the better Championship sides and have been short of fire power in a 3-5-2. I would go 4-2-3-1. Leslie should start with Downes to add some steel and an aerial option for Ramsdale. I think Diaz, Lallana and Dibling with Archer up top. Then bring on Fernandes and Ameyaw or Armstrong in the last 30.
I think THB was substituted because he had a yellow card. I think Bednarek will be on the bench with Leslie and flynn in midfield after that I get lost. Obviously KWP at left back and Sugawara at right back.
@@walterhorn1111 I am not so sure. Their performance against Pool was shocking. Not so much the fact that they lost, but how they lost. One cannot expect the same mistakes Casemiro made in this game, apparently this new nr 6 Ugarte will start. He cant be worse than Case atm. But that alone cant solve their fundamental midfield problems. Against Pool their midfield players had no communication whatsoever, what on earth was Mainoo/Bruno doing regarding defence. Slot clearly recognized that you take out United at midfield. I see no reason why Martin does not try to challenge the same way- ask questions regarding communication between their nr 6 and the more offensive midfielders. I hope Martin dare to change formations, start with a back 4 and play Archer as the 9 between 2 wingers. Saints will most likely not stop them from scoring, and certainly not in a 4-3-3. But that goes both ways. I have hardly seen a more wobbly United than this. Their inclination to choke, their lack of work ethic. Challenge for the win, but I'll gladly take a draw and take some pressure off the Ipswich game
Half the battle is believing you belong in the prem and performing like it. We need to have ago at a very vulnerable utd at St Mary's.

Different means Jack Stephens up top
He'd definitely cause trouble !
4 ads in a 20 min video is a bit strong lads
There was actually 6! TH-cam places these automatically and we don't have the man hours to check every video. We've turned a few of them off, cheers!
Archer gotta be the top striker now. Armstrong is not a PL striker, period.
Sadly, 3-0 Man U.

@@erikhalvorseth3950 I very much hope you're right!!
Stephen's has never been, and will never be a Premier player. Only 2 years ago we loaned him to Bournemouth.
Ross Stewart has been a complete and utter waste of money so far.
