I've started to use ElevenLabs for some side characters in my audio series but I've been wanting to use it for all the characters/narration going forward. This is so helpful. Now i have ways to get them to have emotion. Thank you.
It helps to experiment sometimes. Some voices might surprise you. The "Sally Sunshine" voice is bubbly and upbeat normally. With the right prompting it becomes super bitchy and sarcastic. It's hilarious and incredibly versatile. Now, if i could just figure out how to prompt for laughing, i'd be cooking. I make all my story videos with Elevenlabs, it's been a definite learning experience.
Thank you for that. I found that same thing when I was trying to generate my voice for my latest video last night. When I tried to generate a massive text all at once it started well but degraded towards the end. So I split the text up and got much better results. I need to use the tips you have here now for more emotion and emphasis where I want it.
Thanks for this great video. I have noticed at 1:54 when you used dash, it changed the emotions as well at the beginning "Ok, give me one second to think about it". Please share your thoughts. I will do some experiments to understand this. Thanks again.
ElevenLabs makes voices sound natural by adding small changes each time you generate audio. This means the same text might sound a bit different every time. - So it is most likely unrelated to the dash used. :)
I really need help removing voices from my voice slots. I foolishly went through and added a whole bunch of voices, but now I need to add a voice for a chapter I'm working on. It says I've filled my allotted thirty voices, so I need to remove one, but I can't figure out how to do that. Grrr! HELP!!!
I was waiting for you yesterday evening but why you didn't come ?? I said sorry but you blocked my contact num 😢😢 this is why I'm afraid of paris and france girls 😢😢

Awesome! Yes breaking texts up into smaller sections really help. Glad this helps
Great video, very helpful thanks !

You can add a ?! at the end of your sentence to get a more definite, emotionally charged question. "Are you sure about that?!"
Great tip!!
