Thanks for sharing! However, there are so many great brushes out there from different brands at a lower price point than MAC. Real Techniques has amazing brushes, drug store price, & you can buy them at Target or get them online. A cheap brush cleaner mat dupe would be a silicone pot holder (trivet). Cleans exact same way just without the expensive price tag. Also, DIY brush shampoo would be Dish soap & organic olive oil. Pour a little of each into 2 separate bowls then dip your dirty wet brush a little into each. Then swirl your brush on the silicone mat to clean it. Then rinse with water & lay flat to dry on a towel or paper towel (dries over night). Please do a video on a Beauty Blender sponge vs Real Technique beauty sponge (how to use, clean, & store it). I personally luv the RT beauty sponge & it’s cheaper.🙂
I covet the NARS kabuki Brush, but have not bit the bullet yet and purchased it. I have the Mac 217 brush and the Real Techniques under eye setting brush. I have tons of other brushes too. Whenever I wash my brushes they are never dry the next day. It is usually a couple of days and that is why I do my brushes in two separate sessions. Face brushes first and then eye brushes. Great video!
So MAC recently changed their brushes all to synthetics. So the 217 isn't what it used to because its no longer made with goat hair. aBut zoeva has a dupe and so does Morphe.
Hakuhodo makes that first Nars brush too. The MAC 239, 224, 263,217, 286 and 219 are synthetic now and are not the same. You should update your brush suggestions. Sorry. 😁 💜Hakuhodo makes all of those brushes that you suggested, but they are still natural haired brushes. They manufactured brushes for MAC for years. They make brushes for lots of high end companies, like Dior, Nars, etc.. 😁 💜 You just don't pay for the brand name.
