Collect stardust, try to fill out Pokédex if possible, find candy for Pokémon you need, mega evolve to level 3 for future events, find friends nearby or get someone in your family/friend circle to start raiding with you so you can raid 5 start with the daily. Do 1-5 poke battles when you feel good so you get those elite tm. Fill out gyms so you don’t have to spend in game money or as much. Find someone you can do the 2 special daily trades with. Trading legendaries and getting them lucky or even Hundo is so much fun. And wait for future content or raids you need🙂

People whining about shiny rates during go fest 😂. They probably 1. Didn’t buy the ticket. 2. Barely raided or walked around. Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don’t. I had a blast, got a great haul.
my son and i did a combined 100 necrozma raids. no shiny. the global ticket was not worth it for us. the non existent shiny necrozma was the nail in the coffin for me personally and im pretty sure were done playing now, after 8 years its finally over i think

Not sure if there would be any reason to make an Elite raid since I could probably Solo Mega lucario. Assuming regular raids I will be doing a ton of them been waiting 4 years to Mega evolve Pokemon still hoping Lucario gets an outfit as well

I was able to get 5 shiny necro out of 33 raids got a 3 star marshadow idk how to do iv's but i think its something like 14/12/15 (Marshadow iv) i was able to get 21 shinys this go fest if you want to know what shinys you can let me know or questioons. but other than that i spent $25 on go fest
My Global Go Fest was 100% perfect. I had no problems at all. I just wish I tried harder with the raids. Didn't get any of the Ultra Beast because I was focusing too much on Necromza on Day 1 and didn't realize they was only for Day 1! And only did 85 raids and got one Shiny Necromza. The Ultra Beast will come back but they won't have that awesome Beast Ball. They was awesome! We haven't have that specific ball globally since 2022! Also the Shinies I need are 2 Galarian Meowth, and 2 Hisuian Voltorb for the Shiny set, and Alolan Vulpix to complete the set because I somehow only have one Shiny Alolan Ninetales my luck with Shiny Boosted Pokémon is trash!
I've got a double moved Lucario that I've been powering up and I use for the rocket leaders and Giovanni and I think it's the 1 I have tagged for the mega but until we know it's going to be an actual raid day and not an elite raid day I'm not getting my hopes up I made that mistake with Mega Rayquaza because I thought I would have a chance to get the shiny only to find out later that it was an elite raid so once we know for sure it is a raid day and not an elite raid day that's when I will go through and decide which Lucario I will use for the mega or which Riolu I'll evolve into Lucario for the mega
