How much feel do you get from the leader through to the finger.

You can pretty much still feel it. The actual material between the finger and the leader is not thick at all. I haven't used it for abything thinner than a 20lbs-rated braid and 40 grams lures, though. So the feel might be different if you are using a lighter line with light lures.
