Recipe:
Red Pound Cake for :etters
3 ¼ cups flour
¾ teaspoon salt
2 cups butter, room temperature
3 ¼ cup sugar
6 eggs
6 egg yolks
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 ½ tablespoons red food color
Pound Cake for cubes (makes 2 cubes, repeat as many times as needed)
1 ½ cups + 2 tablespoons of flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, room temperature
1 ½ cups + 2 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
Decoration
1 cup American buttercream
White and light blue fondant
Shortening
Flour
Tylose Powder as needed to help dry fondant quickly

One 9” x 13” pan
