fuck yeah !! Unbelievable sound !! They've got the delay on the chorus for George's voice, excellent sound with the mic, guitar sound is HUGE, bass is clear and double kicks are perfectly EQ'ed. Man 2:43, the best scream he's ever done live I've seen. FUUUUUUUUUCK sooooooo brutal !!
I remember my best friend gave me this as a birthday present when I turned 16, it was back in 2005. Back in the days, I wasnt mature enought to apreciate this masterpiece for its true value... Now that I'm 27 almost 28, I can definetly thank him for that gift!
Man Corpsegrinder back in the day simply could not be touched! Nowadays when he does his vocals live they're nowhere near as comprehensible and guttural but back in the day, hot damn he sounds like the devil ripping people apart and it's fantastic!
Any old guitar can be played in Death Metal. Hell, many of the Swedish Death Metal bands from Entombed, Grave, even Dismember either used Gibson SG or Flying V guitars.
Listening to Cannibal Corpse aggravates my already high blood pressure. But so does coffee and I happen to enjoy both. Good thing I only listen these guys in very small doses.
this is up there with the best cannibal has ever been live- which is really saying something. everyone's perfectly on point here and george is brutal as ever
I used to be a Chris Barnes only kinda guy and rejected all George fisher but man this has me in love with his earlier work because I didn’t know he sounded this good I had only heard his worn down voice and man he is amazing

buckmetal96 Probably a generic Crate cab, i'm not familiar with their old cab models but i'm 100% positive they were using Crate GX130c's, basically and Ampeg VH140c with cheaper components. Hope this helped.
It really fucks me off how people romanticise about Chris Barnes, his vocals were horrendous, in my opinion George was/is the factor that makes CC a death metal heavyweight. You can’t be serious if you think CC’s records pre George were on a level with bands like morbid angel/deicide/death etc? 🤣 vile onwards is where CC came into contention with their contemporaries...the only credit Barnes gets as far as I’m concerned is some of the lyrics for vile, though let’s be honest, it doesn’t take a genius to write mindless gore, it’s all about the delivery, in which George dominates....end of
Starting scream - and you fall in love with Devoured by Vermin.
That first scream was even better than the studio version holy fuck! Actually all his vocals here are more intense.
This was prime George man, he was brutal back in the day and still is🙌🏼🙌🏼
@@Dsbm_deathmetal_wtvIm happy asf i recently gotten into Cannibal Corpse last week, George is such a fuckin cool guy
@@selvinsworld he's badass man😭, you should listen to monstrosity if you haven't already it was his previous band before he joined cannibal :)
@@Dsbm_deathmetal_wtv Ill for sure check it out, thanks !
George at his best.

Absolutely sick vocal performance. Best chorus ever.
I honestly think this is one of the best performances by Corpsegrinder I've seen; his framing of every verse is perfect here. Nails every scream.
fuck yeah !!

It took you long to say thanks, asshole
eduardo0796 yeah fuck that guy 🤘
Guys you dont need to be offensive. Everyone by their time.
Good on you! ♡♡♡
the breakdown before the solos really give a morbid and brutal ambiance/feeling

Indeed dude
I’d say he’s aged better than Chris Barnes has…oy vey.
@@ASLB247 bruh an onion left in the sun has aged better than Chris Barnes

Who says a Gibson Les Paul can’t be played in Death Metal? Love it!

That Les Paul has an EMG 81 in the bridge.
@shadowalk that part
It sounds thighter than on the album. Holy shit.
Cannibal Corpse. Always makes me optimistic and positive :)
fuck yea
the best live performance of this song
"Devoured by vermiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnn!!!!" Fuck! Great vocals corpsegrinder!
George is known for his lows, but the first vocal we ever heard from him was a high that sounds so good
Listening to Cannibal Corpse aggravates my already high blood pressure. But so does coffee and I happen to enjoy both. Good thing I only listen these guys in very small doses.
i seen this live at the local Target by the clearance rack
_AAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!_
*_RINGING NOISE_*
That's i call Music !! 🤘🤘🤘
Best Death Metal band of all time. Still releasing amazing albums!
Guy's face @ 3:21 (on the bottom right) meme worthy
"Devoured by... vermin? Did he say vermin? Golly. You guys are something else."
i was looking in the comments for someone to notice his face he looks genuinely concerned lmao
Dude found God after this 😂😂😂

Awesome live.
Fucking brutal! \M/
Wow he fucking NAILED that opening scream live. That is not easy to do!
Jack with the sick Ibanez Universe
Brutal death metal 😈🤘
Saw them on that tour in Paris with Immolation opening... Quite a gig !
I used to be a Chris Barnes only kinda guy and rejected all George fisher but man this has me in love with his earlier work because I didn’t know he sounded this good I had only heard his worn down voice and man he is amazing
I only like the vile stuff live
This is what peak performance looks like!
Hipster Corpsegringer wears a t-shirt for Machine Heads The Blackening 10 years before it came out? :P
I noticed that. Do you have any idea what T-shirt it could be?
It’s not the blackening it’s another band.

Used to watch this vhs so much when I was 14
These guys are so good live
Killer performance. Also cool to see George wearing an Infamy (California) shirt...It looka like it's from "count the dead" demo
Indeed it is. Glad to know you and CG are cultured.
This Webster tone is fucking savage!
3:21 he just fell in love.
beautiful gem
The famous scream devouuuuuuurrrrrrreedddd .....
love the quiet somber look on the stage guys face.
Was this the first tour with George Fischer on vocals?
Yes, this was the debut of the neck.
Бог, конечно, дал ему голос на радость нам всем.
That scream! ✊
That scream was perfect
0:18 He did the thing!
Каннибал огонь, лучшие.
HOLY SHIT! CORPSEGRINDERRRRRRRRRRR
Awesomeness gd quality from back in the days. Look no phone's
Another reason why Corpsegrinder is better than Barnes...
Corpsegrinder was better off in monstrosity
Barnes had better gutteral vocals
Fisher has better screams
HAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA@@WhirlwindDrums
Os Mestres Supremos!!
This just KILLS....hail CC!! 😎👍 Jack Owen with long hair lol
Is that Jack Owen in "Misfits" shirt?
Fucking cool sound btw. Found them back in 2008. It was phenomenal for me.
it is
thanks to Paul Mazurkiewicz
Круто! Орск слушает!
I love cannibal corpse but crates don't generate enough power for their sound.
+lorenzobw4 agreed. Scott Hull from Pig Destroyer had the sickest heaviest setup i have ever heard during the 2007 era.
That's a Crate GX-130C, the Ampeg VH140 clone, definitely suited for death metal. One of the better sounding solid States of the 90s.
@NarizSangrante absolutely my friend
Wow, Jack's hair and Rob's first run with them.
You mean George's first run. Rob had already been in the band a while at this point and was in Ace Ventura which was obviously pre-George.
Look normal Concert no phone's. LOL 😂😂😂 GREAT VIDEO FOR 96 97 TOUR
Actually the next song they played was Stripped, Raped & Strangled followed with Hammer Smashed Face.
Jack owen underrated guitarist
OH MAN!!!!!!!!!!
Brutal!
Just eragasmic scream and solo
Пагощсем. Подпись: Шандр, город Чебоксары.
Is it sad that there is no one in that crowd. Still, to this day, they never got the respect they deserve.
Oh i see now, thanks dude ;)
DIVAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
0:45 movie is pg
AGREED
Nathan Explosion wants to be Corpse Grinder when he grows up.
I still wanna give Corspegrinder a run for his money after my hair’s much longer.
The screams in this one sound like those cave vermins from Spongebob.
Thats Pure Evil!!
Ha! I see me!
Brutal
GCF is the perfect replacement for CB!!!
Greatest common factor?
UaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaAaaaaaooh ! 👿
when goerg was brutal more than screamer.
daam, cool assvid)
See what happens when you don't cup the mic? Vocals on this performance are sweet.
You wouldn't say that if u hear devoured by vermin on live cannibalism
jayde mate that’s bollocks
This live beats the album
yes Quebecers are true metalheads, as you can see in track 6 and 7
Ouch
After Dying Foetus this sounds TOO SLOW for me😮
fuckin awesome performance. anyone know what model crate cabs jack and rob were using?

Rob's Dual Rec sounded way too muddy on Vile, but okay live.
Joe Jane I don't they used dual recs on the recording of vile I think they used crate amps
Sound quality of the video is bad than my right ass cheek. But the song is legendary.
2:28 is jack playing a fucking 7 string?!
Yep, he played an Ibanez Universe on Vile. Pretty sure he used it to track stuff on later albums like The Wretched Spawn too
yeah cannibal used them from vile onwards
hahahahha.....try to keep that up when ur 50...........lmfao...NO WAY !
nice my comment has the most thumbs up lolll
