I love the fact that this park is black owned and people can enjoy their stay without being hassled for rving while black. I’m sure they welcome all people but as true to the black community, we don’t hassle you cause you don’t look like us. My hope is to see more black owned parks and recreational areas so we can branch out and enjoy the things we like doing but don’t have to suffer with racism in order to do it.
I wish the term multi cultured park was used instead of black owned. make so many feel excluded. and you can potentially become a target. what about white owned park? just say multi cultured people can read between the lines.
@H Meerah, Naw Black owned is the right wording. It's really not about how anyone FEELS, it's about welcoming other Black folk into the rv-ing/camping lifestyle, where, Black people can relax, and not feel harassed while being Black and rv-ing. Like another commenter said in their reply, I'm sure other folk are welcome, it's not about exclusion, it's about letting the Fam know, you can pull up and feel secure. Get out of your feelings. Matter of fact, I saw a video on another channel, at a Black owned rv space/camp site whatever, and YES, in fact, their were White folk or NON Black folk there, enjoying themselves, amongst Black folk. I'm sure they don't have a sign saying "Black people only" Get out of your feelings!
I wanna go

I'm a truck driver and looking to buy an rv. I have never seen any black people in rv's. Watching this video gave me such a relief.
Was fortunate enough to get to one late 2022 in Georgetown, SC! It was fun! I was definitely nervous but so so glad I went!!!

Is this a annual event? Did not see any online for 2022.
Do you go to a regular car wash to clean your vehicle.
Yes but they have to have the right clearance. Some do and some do not.
