Nice video, but would have been more helpful if the while opening and installing, mentioning with the name of the parts also
I loved the engine restoration work but would have been more happy if the screws were repainted , So that the engine would have looked brand new, also the engine coil wires could have been wrapped but it can be used as it is so it is not a keen thing to consider. I really appreciate the work involved in this engine rebuilt. I do own a Boxer CT 100 but it is of K-TECH engine.

Hi, Sorry for late replay app pehilay silencer say smoke aaraha hai kay dekhiya aggar aaraha hai tho app ko cylinder kit change karwani padaygi, Nahi aaraha hai tho carburetor clean kar kay daykho aggar usay bhi kuch nahi hu wa tho carburetor change karwaday na, First try to clean carburetor as good as possible

Aur carburetor bhi pure tarike se clean kiya hun lekin millage aur pickup nahi ata

I have a 2010 Pulsar 135, will you rebuild it's engine also. It's running good without any problem. It has clocked 72k on odometer, only timing belt was changed once.

Hi, Yes if you put new or reconditioned cylinder, connecting rod, valves, valve guides & seating and engine bearings, If you have a problem with carburetor you don't see improvement in mileage and speed, Please do subscribe Thank you!

You are welcome, Open the engine and compare side by side with the old one you will get the difference, a light material will be worn quicker than the old one, I hope you understood

Sorry, i already assembled the engine.But u can use nose plier to pull out the oil filter from chamber

Hi, Present I don't have any bike to show you ct 100 carburetor tuning, But you may try full tight the air screw (clockwise) and lose 2.5 rounds (anti-clockwise) then adjust the idle speed.Thank you!
