    Second surgery on the same knee after my doctor told them 7 years ago I NEEDED A FULL KNEE REPLACEMENT now i need surgery on my other knee because of favoriting the injured knee what a disaster here in THE DMV!!!

      You raise an interesting point. If you injure a body part, and then later on, due to a change in how you walk or allocate your body weight, another body part becomes damaged, there is a good argument that treatment of the second body part should be covered by workers' comp.

    I have an ongoing work comp case steaming from slip and fall accident on 12 1 2021. I fear for my health here in Florida 8 herniated discs shoulder tear ets all doctors are on insurance side . If I moved to Georgia from Florida would you consider rendering my case. Or do you know of someone in Florida that defends injured workers.

      Your case would continue to be subject to Florida workers' compensation law since your accident happened in Florida. Moving to Georgia does not change this.

    Ive had 3 surgeries on my right shoulder, QME said im gonna need a shoulder replacement, Cause i have another tear and was told by the QME treating physician should have gave me a shoulder replacement I still have a lot of pain still on pain meds strong pain meds add an extra body part was added! How do I know if I'm MMI I am permanent in stationery

      Generally speaking you need a physician (ideally a treating physician) to make that determination as MMI (maximum medical improvement) is a medical determination. It seems unlikely that you have reached MMI, however, if you need additional surgeries.
