- Come along with me on all of my adventures in June! It started off with a work trip in Big Bear, then on to lots of shopping and makeup fun with my BFF and finished off with an amazing trip to Tennessee and Kentucky with my brothers and their families. Hope you enjoy!💖

Oh soooo enjoyed it! Thanks for taking me along. Time with the beauty bestie shop/gift was fabulous. Big bear cabin, without a bear, YES. The Ark encounter, the creation museum and gardens were simply DIVINE. : ) Body guards, their cooking, your enchilada lesson, pool side and first ever fire flies! Magical. Looks like I really had a great June and I didn't know it until today! YOU Really did have a blast! Thanks again precious lady for taking me along!
PS. Husband tells a story as a child, of a Silver Dollar City train ride just as you took at Dolly Wood. On his, Train robbers (actors) held up the train with guns and he was (IS) traumatized-no one explained it wasn't real. I got the willies watching your train ride, thinking any minute the Hatfields or the McCoys were going to hold you up. Whew. After marrying him, those destinations are out of the question. : )
Oh you are most welcome!! I'm so happy you enjoyed "our" adventures together!!🥰 Your poor husband! I can only imagine how traumatizing that "train robbery incident" would have been on a little kid. Too bad because Dollywood and the Hatfield & McCoy theater were both wonderful! But I totally understand....my hubby hates to fly and many tourist attractions are off his list because he hates being in crowds!

I had actually never even heard of there being one in the US! You are your BFF are so sweet and fun! I love that y’all always plan some time together during the year! It’s important to always find time for those that are near and dear to us! You can tell y’all are Ride or Die BFFs for life! Lol! So much fun! Have a great week and try to stay cool! Oh yes, we definitely are best friends FOREVER!! It was so hard moving to another state but our annual (sometimes twice annual😘) visits have really made it bearable. You definitely have to plan a trip to the Ark...it was spectacular! Your weather is sounding a lot like ours....I long for the fall too! 🍁☕️ Keep cool and have a great weekend, sweet friend!💗

When I saw their concept of how their living quarters might have been arranged, I thought that wouldn't have been too bad. But after being quarantined this year, I think it would have been really hard not to have been able to go outside during the flood and then all of those months afterward too! Fun, fun! We have taken our church youth group to the Creation Museum and been to Dollywood several times! But this makes me really want to see the Ark!! The scenery in Big Bear was gorgeous too! Thanks for sharing!!💖

You were in my neck of the woods! Isn’t Dollywood soooo much fun?!! I hope you all tasted some of that cinnamon bread the train guide spoke of. We waited forty-five minutes for a loaf! I guess seeing fireflies (we call them lightnin’ bugs-yes it’s pronounced without the “g”) is something I take for granted because we see them every evening here in western NC. What a fun video! So glad you were able to spend precious time with your family and BFF. I felt as if I was sitting there in your makeup room with a cup of coffee spending time with you two ladies! I hope someday to go see the Ark and Creation Museum, wow is the only word I could use! It’s fun to live vicariously through you! As always thank you for sharing your life with us!🥰👏🏻😉
Oh my goodness, yes!! We loved Dollywood but missed out on the cinnamon bread😳 Now I have a REALLY good reason to make another trip back there😘 You definitely live in a beautiful part of the country! Having grown up in Colorado and then living now in California, I've missed out on the "lightenin' bug" experience! Great vlog. I don't live too far from The Ark and The Creation Museum, have never been there. Our church went as a group a few years ago, but, we had other plans. I guess I'll have to visit someday. I love the food at Hatfield & McCoy, we have been there several times. You should have gone to The Smoky Mountain Opry, it is one of the most fantastic shows ever, I will not miss going there when we are in Pigeon Forge, FABULOUS.. The umbrella's are a beautiful addition to Dollywood. The DreamMore resort is a fabulous place to stay. Loved it. Funny, about the "lightning bugs"...LOL...when we were kids, there was nothing better than getting a canning jar or a GLASS mayo jar, running around in the dark with the GLASS jar.. catching them, punching a few air holes in the lid, then setting the jar on our bedside table...watching them light up as we went to sleep. Thanks for sharing. I love California, have visited twice, if, this craziness is ever over, I'm coming back! Until then, CALIFORNIA DREAMIN'... XOXO
Oh you definitely need to go visit the Ark....it's truly a sight to behold! The food at Hatfield's and McCoy's was spectacular....my mouth is watering right now thinking about that fried chicken😂 If we are able to get back there, I'd love to go to the Smoky Mountain Opry. My husband went to school in Missouri and said he tried to keep lightenin' bugs in a jar but they died because he didn't know to punch air holes in the lid😘 California definitely has some beautiful spots...hope you are able to make a trip out here in the near future!🌴☀️💖

E Clark You and Sharalee should check out Hidden Mountain Resort in Pigeon Forge if you ever decide to vacation there together. Hubby and I use them for all PF trips. It was an honor to have Sharalee in my part of the world (I’m in the Upstate of SC) and I really enjoy when you ladies share your time together. A sweet friendship between women is something to lean on. You are beautiful.

Isn't Tennessee wonderful?! It has now become one of my favorite places too....I have a couple of friends that have recently moved there and they love it! My hubby didn't go....he hates to fly and needed to stay home with our two dogs🐶😘 I keep trying to get him on camera with me but he says no one wants to see him😂 Thank you for all of your kind compliments and for coming along on my June adventures!♥️🥰

June was a really fun month indeed!! After being cooped up for so many months, it felt great to see amazing new scenery and experience all those amazing theme parks! The Ark is truly a sight to behold.....they did address how the shape may have been different but the dimensions were spot on and it’s massive! Oh I loved this! I was so hoping you would get to see DW with no crowds. Looks like the virus really affected it. Did you get to ride the Mine Train? It’s my fav. You rode Cinder Ella, so that’s what is most Dollywood iconic. Just to think you were only 3 hours from me in the Upstate of SC. If they would survive it, I would ship you some lighten bugs, katydids and dry flies. What about some peaches, squash or kudzu? This was neat. Your friend is gorgeous. I will watch this again.
It was really nice not to have the park jam packed! They said it was at about 50% capacity and we had to make reservations so they could make sure there was room. The rest of my family did the Mine Train but I sat that one out....this old brain of mine had been rattled around too much🤯🤣 But we all loved Cinder Ella!! I was really close to you! Sounds like you have all kinds of fun things I've never experienced in SC😘 So happy you enjoyed this video!💗

I loved this video. So intertaining. Been a long time since I was there. I loved the umbrellas hanging. Something to think about doing on a smaller scale in my backyard. Did not know about the amusement parks in T & K., and Harfields and Mccoys. My favorite place to eat there was Cracker Barrel. Good country cookin'. We use to go to Branson and Silver dollar City, and Shepherd of the Hills. How did you get back there? Didn't think planes were flying. We live in Seattle now but I was born and raised in Ca. Are you in Southern Ca? Let me know, my husband and I want to go somewhere this year before winter starts. The Sephora in Big Bear was stocked to the hilt with makeup. My kind of store. So happy you had a wonderful trip and let us enjoy it.
I'm so glad you enjoyed this! You definitely should try to get back to Tennessee again and visit some more of the theme parks and dinner theaters. Planes are still flying....in fact, it was a great time to fly with all of the extra cleaning they are doing and a couple airlines are still leaving the middle seats open...what a welcome change!! You're right, Cracker Barrel is delicious....had one of those in Colorado where I'm originally from and sure wish we had one here in Southern California! Hope you and your hubby get to take a trip before winter!💕
There are some in Colorado,Colorado Springs, Loveland, Northglenn, and Pueblo. Don't know where you are from in Colorado. Worth a shot to look on line. If you are in L.V. Nevada there is one, along with an In & Out burger. My kind of food.
Yes, I think we went to the one in Loveland when we lived in CO. While we don't have any Cracker Barrel's here in So. Cal, we definitely have In-n-Out!😋

Oh you live in a beautiful spot!!💖 The music that was playing during the Ark tour is from the free audio library on TH-cam. The song is called “English Country Garden” and it’s one of my favorites!! There is a lot of good music on there but it takes a lot of time to sort through it all😘

Funny story....a few days later I bought the ND Bronze palette and there were several similar colors in there so I took the mini nude palette back! Maybe I can do a tutorial on this look using the Bronze palette and show which shadows to use if you have the mini nude palette😘

Heehee😂 No, I scaled WAY back....only took that small silver makeup bag that I showed on the table in the cabin. I'm sure it was still way more than either of my sister-in-laws brought though🥰

It sure was!! I felt like all of my fun was crammed into one month!😂😘 My hubby didn’t get to go....he really hates to fly and our doggies need someone to stay with them 🐶💕
I can understand that about the furr babies. We used to board our dogs out until our kids were old enough to stay home and take care of them. Now my hubby and I do the doggie sitting for my son's dog on occasion. Sometimes when the spouse doesn't go with they appreciate you more! ○
