Hi Jess. Happy that you got to spend some time with family in Hong Kong, but so sad that the weather situation caused you to cancel some of your plans. Maybe they need to change the name to the Horror Hotel. Excuses after excuses and no toilet paper. No customer service at all. At least you all tried to make the best of the situation.
